Terms of Service

By requesting access to, signing in to, or using Bakery Dashboard (the "Service"), operated by Crusted Bakery Inc ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.

Access to the Service is granted on an approval basis:

• New accounts must be approved by the owner before they can be used.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• The owner may suspend or revoke access for accounts that violate these terms or misuse the Service.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis:

• Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Prices may change, but any change will only take effect at your next renewal and never mid-cycle.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Attempt to access data belonging to another account or business.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the security of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account access with third parties without permission.

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the Service — recipes, inventory, sales, costs, and similar records. We only use your data to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may request a copy of your data, or deletion of your account and its data, at any time by contacting us at bakerydashboardusa@gmail.com.

We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time as the product evolves. Where a change materially reduces the functionality you pay for, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Reports, costing figures, and analytics are provided as decision support and depend on the accuracy of the data you enter — always verify important business figures independently.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export of your data before your account is deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
