User & License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Bakery Dashboard (the "Company") governing your use of the Bakery Dashboard software and related services (the "Software"). By requesting access to, signing in to, or using the Software, you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and, where applicable, payment of the relevant subscription fees, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Software for the internal operation of your own bakery business, for the duration of your active account.

The Software is licensed, not sold. The Company and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all software, code, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property. This Agreement grants you no ownership rights in the Software and no rights except those expressly stated here. You retain ownership of the business data you enter, as described in your Terms of Service.

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, or attempt to derive its source code, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, resell, or otherwise make the Software available to any third party, or share your account credentials without permission.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or branding in the Software.
• Use the Software to build a competing product or service, or use automated means to scrape or extract data at scale.
• Access data belonging to another account or business, or circumvent any security, access, or usage limits of the Software.

Access to the Software is granted on an approval basis:

• New accounts must be approved by the Company before they can be used.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Worker or delivery logins operate on their employer's data and are bound by this Agreement in the same way.
• The Company may suspend or revoke access for accounts that violate this Agreement or misuse the Software.

Continued use of the Software may require an active paid subscription. Billing, renewals, cancellation, and pricing are governed by our Terms of Service. The license granted above remains in effect only while your account and any required subscription are active and in good standing.

The Software integrates with third-party services — including Stripe for payments and, where you choose to connect them, QuickBooks, Google Drive, and Gmail. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. The Company is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services, and connecting them is at your discretion.

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the Software — recipes, inventory, sales, costs, and similar records. The Company uses your data only to operate the Software, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request a copy of your data, or deletion of your account and its data, at any time by contacting the Company.

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Reports, costing figures, and analytics are provided as decision support and depend on the accuracy of the data you enter — always verify important business figures independently.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software. The Company's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve months preceding the claim.

This Agreement remains in effect while you use the Software. You may stop using the Software and close your account at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate this license for a material breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, the license granted here ends and you must stop using the Software; you may request an export of your data before your account is deleted. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

The Company may update this Agreement from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the Software. Continuing to use the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
